Here’s how to get a White Card, the simplest and quickest way, through online training.

Although there are 2 ways to get a White Card, through traditional face-to-face or online training, the latter has become the most popular option because it is more convenient and affordable.

For a White Card without the hassle of face-to-face training, you can simply register and complete the course online.

Here’s how it works:

1. Register and Pay:
   All you’ll require is a computer or tablet with sound, internet access and a printer. Complete your registration online and make payment using a MasterCard or VISA through our secure online merchant account.
2. Watch and Listen to the Course Material:
   The course is delivered entirely online, so you can complete it at your own pace, wherever you choose. It’s also accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can fit the course in whenever you have spare time, without interfering with work or your daily routine.
3. Do the Assessments:
   The assessments are completed online, with a short verbal assessment conducted over the telephone. The online assessments are completed independently whenever you choose, but the verbal assessments can be completed during business hours by calling an assessor at our Brisbane call centre.
4. Send us Your Forms:
   Once you’ve completed the assessments successfully, you can then print your Statement of Attainment and send it, together with your completed Declaration Form to us. Also, include a certified copy of your ID.

   Wait for your nationally recognised White Card which will be sent to you in the mail. This normally takes only a few days and for those that choose the Express Delivery option, it takes just 1-2 days.
