There are just a few important things we need to let you know about before you register.

In order for you to do this course online, you will need to complete some mandatory Government training requirements. These are the same for all White Card course providers:

First, complete the White Card Online training modules

Complete the Online Training Modules

This will include a short knowledge assessment after each module

Second, complete the White Card assessments and verification

Upload copy of ID* and complete the final assessment

Please note: A live video verbal assessment conducted via audio visual media during AEST business hours is required.

*If you do not have required photo ID, your ID documents will need to be ‘certified’ by an ‘authorised’ person

Third, Fill out the declaration Form, ID and submit

Please note: Sign the Declaration Form we supply either manually or electronically

We will step you through the requirements in the course. If you follow the instructions, it’s an easy process. We do have to make sure you have covered each step so we can issue your White Card.

Note: You NEED a hard hat, high-visibility clothing, ear and eye protection to complete the new White Card assessment following changes implemented 19th October 2017. You will not be able to complete the assessment without these four items of PPE. If you do not already own these items of PPE we have a really economical deal, which can be delivered to you by ordinary post, or Express Delivery.

  • PPE with standard delivery (Metro Area: Courier / All other Areas: Australia Post): Add $42.90 incl GST
  • PPE with express delivery (by Australian Post, usually overnight or 1 day): Add $52.90 incl GST

Course Duration (approx.):

  • Content: approx. 5 hours;
  • Assessment: 1+ hours including live video verbal assessment, including, demonstrating fitting of PPE

Important Queensland White Card Changes

Due to recent changes to QLD government legislation, the type of white card you will receive has changed.

After 31 January 2019, all students who complete the online white card course will receive a WA white card (which is fully accepted in all Australian states and territories).

In order to receive a QLD white card, you must complete a classroom-based, face to face course at a QLD location.

You may be elidable to receive a QLD white card for online training if you live more than 100km away from the nearest available training centre; Please contact us for more information about remote areas online delivery approval.
