A 45 year old man has been hospitalised after falling through a roof at Pennant Hills recently.
The man was replacing the roof’s skylight sheeting when he fell approximately 3 metres onto the deck below.
He was transported with CareFlight’s rapid response helicopter to hospital, for treatment of head and limb injuries.
He arrived at Westmead Hospital in a stable condition but the consequences could have been much worse. Even falls from relatively low heights can have devastating outcomes.
