Fair Work Building and Construction have opened a probe into claims of bullying committed by the CFMEU at the Melbourne Airport site.
There have been claims of coercion and intimidation prompting an investigation by FWBC at the billion dollar development.
Work on the site is said be extremely complicated, with a number of disputes between parties involved having coming to light.
Some contractors claim they are owed tens of thousands of dollars for work done on the site.
