The Breathe Brick developed by Carmen Trudell an assistant professor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s school of architecture and founder of Both Landscape and Architecture, forms part of a building’s ventilation system, sucking polluted air and releasing cleaner, filtered air.
The Breathe Brick filters 30% of fine particles (such as airborne pollutants) and 100% of coarse particles such as dust in a system much like a vacuum cleaner. Find out more about this innovative new building product here.
